特氟龍網帶是以懸浮聚四氟乙烯乳液為原料，浸漬高性能玻璃纖維而成，是一種高性能多用途的復合材料新產品。

Teflon mesh conveyor belt is made of suspended PTFE and impregnated with

high-performance glass fiber. It is a new product with high performance and versatility.

1、耐溫性，用于-70℃～260℃度之間；

2、非粘著性：不易粘附任何物質；

3、耐化學腐蝕，能耐各種有機溶劑的腐蝕；

4、尺寸穩定、強度高，具有良好的機械特性；

5、抗彎曲疲勞，可用于較小輪徑；

6、耐藥亮劑性、無毒性，幾乎可耐所有藥劑物品；

7、特氟龍網帶防火阻燃；

8、透氣性：輸送帶的透氣率、減少熱源耗費、提***燥效率。

產品用途  Application

（凡需要熱風流場合及熱加工傳送條件，均適合使

用鐵氟龍網格輸送帶）

1、紡織、印染：印花烘干、漂染布烘干、面料縮水烘干、無紡布烘干等烘道、烘房輸送帶。

2、松式烘干機、膠印機、UV光固機、紙張過油烘干、紫外線烘干、塑料制品絲印烘干等烘道、烘房輸送帶。

3、其它物品：高周波烘干、微波烘干、烘烤、包裝物品熱收縮、一般含水份物品烘干、熔劑型油墨的快速干燥等烘房導帶。
